Membership: “Refleksione” is a membership association. The General Assembly take place every year and more than 50 members are present on it (from 80 registered in Tirana and other districts). The aim of this meeting is to control the yearly activity of the organization, to approve strategic orientations for coming years as well as to elect leading bodies of the Association, according to the statute. Member of “Refleksione” can became every woman or girl who is committed to the same vision and mission as we are. Board of Directors: Refleksione is run by a Board of 6 members and the President, all prominent women leaders and experts from the nongovernmental institutions, public sector and the media, voluntarily engaged.


Staff: “Refleksione” staff is composed by 18 people (mostly women):

• Core staff, is composed by the Executive Director and the Finance Manager, 
• Coordinators of Women’s Employment Centers in Tirana, Shkodra and Pogradec and three social workers in each branch.
• Project Coordinator, a Project Manager, a social worker, two teachers (one man), a Doctor (man), a nurse, two nursery school teachers and a cleaning lady, working for Gypsy Education Project in Shkodra.
